Sceince of Baseball

Being a huge baseball fan, I think things like this are very cool.

On a total and complete tangent... did you know you're the first thing that pops up if you search zombieboomstick in google? good on ya!

Also, do you cook?

Cool about the google thing. Not sure how to capitalize on it.

And yes, I do cook. It allows the inner mad scientist in me to escape. I have been known to utter "it's alive!" when some experiment goes right.

Excellent! and would you be averse to me trying to find a way to introduce you to a wonderful friend of mine who lives in pullcow? she's uber sweet and absolutely crazy (have to be to like me, yes?). you're not horribly allergic to or frightened of animals, are you?

I would have no problem with that, at all. Weevil can attest to my fondness of animals, and their oddly quick attachments to me.

Spring quarter is almost finished, and I will have at least a small amount of free time coming up before summer quarter begins.

excellent! she's sphynx_again on livejournal...I told her to look here for you, but didn't want to give out phone numbers or anything unasked. not that i have your phone number anyway, but i could probably steal weevil's phone and find it or something.

Whatever info Weevil is willing to share about me that you want to use to your advantage, feel free.

is good, is good :) now i just have to convince her to not be too shy to call you...
wonder if i can get her to come up for dinner to spokane in a couple weeks, and meet you with weevil and i to referee.

ZombieBoomStick said...

Referee? Do you expect... will I need to... There is so much euphemism and innuendo that I am trying to avoid here. It hurts.

Anonymous said...

I gave her your phone number and this website. mostly the refereeing will be because she'll probably be silly-shy and nervous because she doesn't date much (at all?) and thinks she doesn't know what she's supposed to do. perhaps i should have said coaching instead?

"STEAL SECOND! STEAL SECOND!" - like that.

She requests a place with decent seafood, that's not so fancy she'll feel out of place. Whatcha got that fits that?

Also, don't steal second, the pitcher's just waiting to throw you out. Bunt, that's the way to go, gives you a chance to fill the bases.

As for decent seafood, there's Milford's. It's been a few years since I've been there, but it was very good. There's also a number of sushi places (I've been to Sushi.com and heard good things about Ichiban), but that's not what people usually mean when they mention seafood.

Anonymous said...

Alrighty; but Milford's I think is on the fancy end of the "not too fancy" request... also, Weevil doesn't like fish, and isn't that kind of Milford's entire thing?

We need some place that does seafood along with other stuff...

I don't really know, then. I don't go out for seafood much. looking online, there's Cyrus O'Leary's, CI Shenanigans, and chains shops like Red Lobster.

Cyrus O'Leary's does seafood? Who knew!? I've never been terribly impressed by red lobster.
